Rules for Players

  • Timing and Attendance: Players must strictly adhere to their training schedule.
  • Dress Code: Proper sports attire is mandatory, including a T-shirt, shorts, and non-marking shoes.
  • Players not in the proper attire will not be allowed to train.
  • Fast N Furious Badminton Academy reserves the right to declare holidays at its discretion. No compensation, fee adjustment, or adjustment for the missed day will be provided for such holidays.
  • Equipment: Players must bring their own rackets and water bottles.
  • Discipline: Players must maintain discipline and follow the instructions of coaches at all times.
  • Arguments, foul language, or any form of disrespect will not be tolerated.
  • Health and Safety: Players should inform the coach immediately in case of any injury or discomfort.
  • Training with an injury or illness is not allowed unless approved by the coach.
  • Court Usage: No sitting, running, or loitering around the court boundaries.
  • At Fast N Furious Badminton Academy (FFBA), admissions are strictly limited to players aged 13 years or below. Applications for those above this age will not be accepted under any circumstances to ensure age-appropriate training and optimal player development.
  • Ensure courts are kept clean and tidy; dispose of waste in dustbins.
  • Responsibility for Pick-Up and Drop-Off: After and before training, the academy or any of its members are not responsible for any misfortune. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for picking up and dropping off players at the scheduled times.
  • The academy and its members retain full authority to modify or remove any existing rules and regulations as necessary.

Rules for Parents

  • Parents Not Allowed Inside: Parents or guardians are not permitted inside the hall during training sessions to avoid distractions.
  • All discussions regarding progress or concerns should be addressed to the coach outside training hours.
  • Players who remain absent for an extended period without submitting fees by the due date will be removed from the academy's roster. Should they wish to re-enroll, they must complete a new registration process, including a non-refundable registration fee of ₹1000 and advance payment of practice fees. Such players will be regarded as new admissions.
  • Fee Payment: Fees must be paid by the fixed date each month in advance, regardless of holidays or leaves.
  • Fees are due on the admission date each month.A 2-day grace period is allowed with no penalty.
  • If fees are paid after the grace period, the next due date will be moved earlier by late days + 2 penalty days.
  • Public Holidays and Adjustments: Academy remains closed on public holidays unless otherwise informed.
  • Fast N Furious Badminton Academy reserves the right to declare holidays at its discretion. No compensation, fee adjustment, or adjustment for the missed day will be provided for such holidays.
  • Fee Policy: The participant is required to pay the full monthly fee, regardless of attendance.
  • If the participant leaves mid-month, the full fee for that month is still payable and will not be adjusted or refunded.
  • Group Dynamics and Reallocation of Timings: Should the number of participants within a group fall below four, said group shall be subject to dissolution.
  • Remaining members will be reassigned to alternate groups with differing schedules.
